HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS?

We aim to stay stocked at all time but if something is not in stock it will be restocked within a week, but restock dates do vary depending on product availability.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE THE JEWELRY?

It takes 14-21 BUSINESS DAYS for MOST products, weekends are NOT included in the two weeks. Some products may take longer due to production time.

Unfortunately, we are unable to give exact shipping dates.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

After 24 hours, no. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible (adlshopllc@gmail.com). If you have already received a tracking number in your email your order can not be canceled.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order and will not provide any refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review all orders before checking out.  Also, if your order has already been created you CAN NOT cancel.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Tracking numbers will be sent out via email when your order is processed. You may receive a picture of your product before shipping. Once you’ve received a picture, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. We try our best to get your order to you swiftly without complications.  

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Once your tracking number is emailed to you, shipping takes 2-5 business days.

 

CAN I PAY FOR FASTER SHIPPING?

No, orders can not be rushed due to the process of how your jewelry is made.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

• Jewelry should not be worn in or exposed to water for extended periods of time.

• Be careful and avoid exposure to perfumes, hair products, lotions, soaps, oils and household chemicals.

• Always remove jewelry before exercising or cleaning.

• When removing jewelry for these purposes be sure to store in a dry area.

• Friction or contact with a hard surface can produce scratches or wear to the piece.

• If necessary,use warm water with a mild, fragrance-free soap to clean plated items.

• Gently pat dry with a clean cotton or microfiber cloth.

• Most jewelry cleaners contain chemical elements that will slowly wear and fade plating over time.
